Cheating, what is it?
Cheating. It's a word used very often in our day to day vocab. But what does it really mean? The dictionary states it as -
Cheating - 1.To deceive by trickery; swindle:
2. Informal To be sexually unfaithful: cheat on a spouse.
But what exactly is cheating? "To be sexually unfaithful", just this? What about the emotional infidelity, then? Or being emotionally involved with someone else doesn't count? Then why does being physically does?
But then what really does? And who makes these rules, anyway?
As, most men would say it is the physical straying that is IT, whereas most women would say it is the emotional straying!
I say, anything you do, that you wouldn't or couldn't share with your partner is cheating.
What says you?

well gal its very simple....cheating is somthing u do when u reject out from a commitments. u get out of a progressive way.
sexual corruption already started ...when u fall for a affair.
tell me gal .... single person who didnt do it .
wat abt cheating ur parents for it ...lieing for it
wat abhe ur frds in front u show ...tat nothing happened .
the only problem it tat ... the guilt is killin.
but the guilt is killing only for those who think cheating is not right. there are a lot of people who cheat but don't even realise the harm they are doing. to themselves and to others.

I agree to your definition of cheating. It for sure is something you wouldn't or couldn't tell the other person!
@ krits - but not everyone understands it the way some of us do.. :) for them, it is the act itself that defines, cheating. whether emotional or physical.. :)
