Love is..

while chatting with SS y'day, it hit me real, hit me like in real time. He asked me, so, are you in love? I replied.. I don't even know what love is, anymore. He persisted, thinking I didn't want to tell him my current status. I couldn't come up with a better answer, try as I did, nonetheless. but this left me quite in a pondering state.

some realizations that hit me, later.

love is probably tolerance.

of your quirks and my nonsense

maybe it is the acceptance

of your conflicts and my ambivalence

or is it the sharing

of your comforting words and my caring?

i know this is right,

right this is

even though to state it is, very traditional

that love is nothing else but, unconditional :)
