It's a tale from one full moon night to the other. only that they happen to be eleven years away from each other. A tale that begins one night, follows the notes and crescendos, to reach the grand finale the other.
Lyla and Louis, follow the music. And find each other instead. It was just one night they had spent together and yet a connection so deep had been forged.
Shortly after his birth, their child had been put up at an orphanage by Lyla's father while lying to her saying it was a stillbirth. Louis, of course, had no clue that he was a father.
Their forced separation made the music within them die.
The story, the movie, is not about them. It is about their son, Evan, who even after eleven years of no contact from either of the parents believes that they are alive and that he would find them. That, the music would help him find them.
And it does. The movie indeed is an incredible journey moving at the speed of sound.
p.s. The dvd of this movie was a gift. :)
If any of you has not seen it, you can catch it on August 29th on Pix! :) Enjoy!
