What really is worse - fire or ice?
If Linda Goodman is to be believed,
When the Aries woman has been really hurt, she turns from fire to ice. Her fire bums hot and dies quickly. Her ice can be eternal. Memorize that, if you care deeply about her-and it's doubtful that she'll stand for you caring about her any other
The typical Aries girl, that I am, I dread ice. Fire I can deal with, ice, not so much.
Yea.. I also know, that it's difficult to extinguish. Difficult to put out. Not only that, it takes a tremendous effort to control it as well. A raging fire can take with it the whole forest, the town and the city as some might like to remind me.
But do we not forget the havoc that befalls as only ice can. What did the 100 years of ice do to a place as beautiful as Narnia? And still people prefer the ice. Ice that is permanent. That can be thawed only with some fire somewhere.
Also, can we forget that however hot, fire still has the warmth and the light to keeps us going.

Fire, definitely. Right from the time I was a kid, I've been drawn to it. And everything you said in that post made perfect sense as well. Fire, although dangerous, has a spirit to it, which can be tamed.
Ice lacks that spirit. It cannot be anything but cold and heartless.
